The clinic is located within the professional building located at 365 Evans Ave. The closest major intersection is Evans & Kipling. The clinic is located on the lower level of the building, unit L9, which is accessible by elevator or stairs. You must take the elevator or stairs down one level from the main floor. You will see the clinic as soon as you exit the elevator. There is ample free parking in the large surrounding parking lot (ignore the parking meters, they are no longer active.)
APPOINTMENTS AFTER 5PM AND ON WEEKENDS:
**If you arrive for an appointment after 5pm, or on the weekend, the entrance doors to the lobby will be locked. You can still enter through the main door at the art gallery, however the door to the lobby will be locked. Please wait in the foyer outside the art gallery and a member of the clinic will be there to open the door for you.
